All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Lilah J’s Boutique with love. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping if an item is exchanged or returned for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow standard processing and delivery times depending on your location.

returns & exchanges

At Lilah J’s Boutique, we want you to love every purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or accessories.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help you through the process.

damaged or faulty goods

We take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Once your package leaves Lilah J’s Boutique, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages that occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll do our best to assist you with any necessary information to support your claim.
